Hej alle! Jeg vil nedenfor lige dele med jer mine spise regler. Dette betyder ikke at jeg ALDRIG spiser en småkage, for det gør jeg, det betyder bare at det er vigtigt at holde en sund kost for at have en smal talje, den kommer ikke af sig selv. Jeg har skrevet det på engelsk. Håber at i kan forstå det! KNUS

//I barely ever attend any diets because they bore me. BUT I still do have some rules that I feel is good to keep when I need an extra skinny waist for some reason. 

1) Drink two glasses of good water (filtered, or spring water) every morning when you first get up, before you do anything else.

2) Eliminate all sugar or sugar products, except for whole fruit.

3) Avoid all dairy products–milk, cheese, yogurt, cream.

4) NO BREAD OF ANY KIND – the body doesnt really use it for anything else than a quick fix, so theres no use in eating it, its what I call “empty food”.

5) Eat unlimited amounts of vegetables, steamed or raw.

6) Enjoy what you are eating.
